BREAD THAT HELPS
Ana Yolanda López Domínguez is a woman, a single mother, and a person with a disability (cerebral palsy) who decided not to accept labels. Instead of accepting the "you can't" narrative, she turned her own story into a replicable model: creating decent employment and economic autonomy for people who are often left out of the market.
She is co-founder and CEO of PanQ’Ayuda, an inclusive cooperative that creates opportunities for people with disabilities, older adults, and female heads of households through the production and sale of fine pastries and gourmet foods. What sets her leadership apart is not only the cause, but the way: transforming inclusion into results —processes, production, sales, training, and a culture where dignity is not "inspired," but practiced every day.
He studied Communication Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed a master's degree in Human Development. In 2007, he founded a civil association aimed at training people in vulnerable situations, which evolved into a cooperative. He is also a professional and international speaker on workplace inclusion, social innovation, and meaningful leadership, with a presence in networks such as Zero Project, including participation in the Zero Project Conference 2025 at the UN in Vienna. His approach combines empathy with operation: heart with Excel, to bring compassion to systems that actually work.
