Human leadership in the age of AI

Brain, emotions, and consciousness: the three advantages that no machine has

While the world debates what will replace artificial intelligence, the leaders who are making a difference are already asking themselves something different: How do I enhance what no machine can do?

This conference combines behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and conscious leadership to help you discover the internal tools that, now more than ever, make the difference between managing processes and transforming people. Grace Espinosa

Grace Espinosa is the founder of Speak to Canada and the creator of the FAST method, a transformational methodology that integrates languages, coaching, neurolinguistic programming, and neuroscience to help Latin American migrants communicate fluently, safely, and confidently in English and French.

After living, studying, and working in France, Belgium, and Canada, she understood firsthand that the biggest challenge when migrating is not just the language, but the fear, anxiety, and loss of confidence that many people face when building a life in another country.

With over a decade of experience in language teaching and human development, today she guides Latin American professionals to recover their voice, unlock their potential, and accelerate their personal and professional adaptation in Canada.

Their mission goes far beyond teaching languages: they seek to transform the way people perceive themselves so they can build a new life with more opportunities, confidence, and freedom.

Speak to Canada (STC) offers customized English and French programs for Spanish-speaking professionals and migrants who want to study, work, and build a new life in Canada.

Through the FAST method we combine language teaching with coaching tools, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), neuroscience and emotional management to accelerate learning and help people communicate with greater confidence in real-world contexts.

Our programs include:

  • Personalized English and French lessons
  • Preparation for job interviews and international exams
  • Emotional coaching and mindset to overcome speech blocks
  • 24/7 online platforms
  • Continuous support
  • Adaptation strategies for life and work in Canada

At Speak to Canada we don't just teach a language: we help transform the confidence, communication and adaptation of those who are building a new life in another country.
