GASTRONOMY
PAN Q' AYUDA
Ana Yolanda López Domínguez is a woman, a single mother, and a person with a disability (cerebral palsy) who decided not to compromise with labels. Instead of accepting "you can't," she turned her own story into a replicable model: creating dignified employment and economic autonomy for people whom the market often excludes.
She is the co-founder and CEO of PanQ'Ayuda , an inclusive cooperative that creates opportunities for people with disabilities, senior citizens, and female heads of household through the production and sale of fine pastries and gourmet foods . What distinguishes her leadership is not only the cause, but the approach: transforming inclusion into results —processes, production, sales, training, and a culture where dignity is not just "inspired," but practiced every day.
She studied Communication Sciences at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and earned a master's degree in Human Development . In 2007, she founded a non-profit organization focused on empowering vulnerable individuals, a path that evolved into a cooperative. She is also a professional and international speaker on workplace inclusion, social innovation, and purposeful leadership, with a presence on networks such as Zero Project , including involvement in the Zero Project Conference 2025 at the UN in Vienna. Her approach combines empathy with practical application— heart with Excel —to bring compassion to systems that actually work.

MEZCAL TISSUE
The part of Mexico that stays with you.
I am Valeria Regina Dávila Reyes , co-owner of Mezcal Tisú , a Mexican brand that represents the diversity of agave as cultural heritage and a living expression of the territory.
Tisú was born from the desire to explore new producing regions in Mexico and to give them a voice through mezcal, respecting artisanal processes and knowledge passed down through generations.
Each expression is an invitation to get to know Mexico from its origin:
The land, time, and the hands that make it possible.
My work with Tisú is situated at the crossroads of identity, tradition, and international projection.
I seek to build bridges between Mexico and the world through an authentic mezcal, made responsibly, ready for export and conceived as a cultural experience that connects tourism, origin and commerce.
Tisú is territory, it's dialogue, and it's presence. A mezcal that presents Mexico to the world.
Huerta JD
Where family roots become extraordinary harvests
Huerta JD was born from a deep love for the land and the pride of bearing a name that represents dedication, heritage and family perseverance.
The initials JD honor Josefina Duarte and her father, Jesús Duarte . More than a coincidence, they represent a shared legacy: a story of teaching, hard work, and values passed down from generation to generation. A name that honors its roots while looking toward the future.
This orchard didn't begin with abundance; it began with determination. With limited resources, but with unwavering faith, each tree was planted with hope, patience, and sacrifice. Every sunrise in the fields and every day under the sun is part of a dream that slowly grew from the earth.
At Huerta JD, we don't just grow avocados; we cultivate commitment, responsibility, and respect for nature. Every drop of water, every act of caring for the land, and every harvest reflects years of dedication, experience, and love for the countryside.
Huerta JD is not just a vegetable garden.
- It's an inheritance
- It's effort
- It is resilience
- It is a family story written in the language of the land
Because when the roots are strong and the work is constant, every tree grows with purpose… and every fruit carries with it the pride of an entire family.
CHILE DE AMOR SAUCES
The magic of spicy tradition, the flavor that unites us
Hello, I am Ángela María Avendaño Luna, founder of Salsas Chile de Amor, a Mexican brand that celebrates our roots with artisanal salsas made by a group of women who transform tradition into opportunity.
Our sauces —free of artificial colors and flavors— offer authentic, natural flavors full of history, which win over both Mexican and international palates.
What sets us apart is our social and cultural value proposition: each jar carries the flavor of Mexican chili and the dignified work of women seeking their economic autonomy.
We want to bring the true spirit of Mexico to tables around the world: spicy, genuine, and made with love.
Would you like to try the flavor that combines tradition and entrepreneurship?
