Leonor Alarcón Méndez has a degree in Marketing and is a Mexican entrepreneur who is passionate about continuing education and learning about technology and trends to improve her productivity. She has extensive experience in the international hotel industry, working in areas such as human resources, accounting, quality, reservations, sales, and food and beverages at chains such as Holiday Inn, Radisson, Hyatt, and The Ritz-Carlton.

She is currently celebrating 20 years at the helm of her family agency, SDT TRAVEL, which stands out for its personalized service and comprehensive, unforgettable travel experiences. She is also part of Travel Konnections as Director of TKP in the Mexican Caribbean (Southern Zone), creating unique trips alongside an international team of tourism professionals.

She has also been President of the National Council of Women Uniting Destinations, A.C. for eight years, a network of 25 agencies led by women, focused on strengthening their participation in the industry through training, partnerships, and best practices with national and international recognition.
